Type Rated First Officer - Pilot Talent Pool

Successful candidates within the Talent Pool may receive an offer for a position at any of Norwegian's operational bases, strategically located across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Latvia, or Spain.

Essential Requirements for Type Rated First Officers

While the Pilot Talent Pool is open to all eligible applicants, candidates must meet the following stringent criteria:

• Possession of an EASA ATPL or CPL License accompanied by ATPL theory credit.
• Current EASA Medical Class 1 certificate.
• A minimum of 500 hours of flight experience on the Boeing 737 type. The type rating must currently be, or have previously been, endorsed on an EASA license.
• A valid Multi-Engine IR, with preference given to ratings expired no more than 12 months prior to application.
• English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 5 or higher.
• A clean criminal record and the ability to successfully pass a mandatory 5-year security background check.
• Legal right to live and work within the EU/EEC region.
• An unrestricted passport.

State of Licence Issue (SOLI) Requirement

In adherence to Norwegian's company policy, all candidates applying for a position are required to hold, or be actively in the process of transferring, their State of Licence Issue (SOLI) to either Norway, Sweden, or Denmark. This crucial policy is designed to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to cost reduction.
