Purpose of the Position
The Lead Ground Instructor is entrusted with the critical responsibility of delivering high-quality classroom and hands-on training to both new hire and experienced Flight Attendants. This role demands expertise in core competencies, including safety and emergency procedures, rigorous service standards, and Crew Resource Management (CRM). The instructor will utilize in-depth knowledge of safety regulations and plays a vital role in ensuring all Flight Attendants are comprehensively prepared to provide the exceptional safety and signature customer service required by NetJets standards.
Tasks and Key Responsibilities
The Lead Inflight Training Ground Instructor performs instructional and developmental duties, including:
- Conducting and leading New Hire Training curricula.
- Instructing all current and recurrent Flight Attendant Training programs.
- Actively assisting in the development and refinement of instructional courses and materials.
- Working collaboratively alongside current Lead Cabin Instructors (LCIs).

Qualifications and Requirements
Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Years of Experience: 4–6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Essential Knowledge: Demonstrable instructing and teaching experience is required.
