Amentum is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Helicopter Pilot (Instructor) based in Fort Rucker, Alabama. Selected individuals will provide professional instruction in the UH-72. Please note that prior military aviation experience or specific UH-72 qualification is not required.

Instructors are responsible for teaching, coaching, and mentoring student pilots through intensive training programs. The role focuses on preparing aviators for complex environments while prioritizing safety in all aspects of rotary-wing flight instruction.
The hourly compensation for this role is $55.85. Final compensation is determined by factors including experience, skills, education, internal equity, and applicable collective bargaining agreements. Applicants are subject to government approval and the execution of a 12-month Employee Agreement.
