Located in Las Vegas, Nevada, the Captain is responsible for the safe, efficient, and seamless transportation of guests and executives, piloting the company's exclusive fleet of aircraft.
The Captain serves as Pilot in Command (PIC), assuming full responsibility for the flight crew, passengers, and aircraft operations. He or she will meticulously coordinate every phase of the journey, from pre-flight planning to passenger disembarkation, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience. The Captain plans and executes flights with precision, considering weather conditions, terrain, aircraft performance, and all applicable flight regulations. He or she ensures strict adherence to all safety protocols, verifying that all necessary documentation is complete and all maintenance checks are performed prior to each flight. The Captain provides clear and concise guidance to crew members, ensuring they fully understand their responsibilities and consistently deliver best-in-class service.
Ideal candidates possess a minimum of 4,500 total flight hours, including 2,500 multi-engine jet hours and demonstrated experience with large-cabin aircraft. The candidate must hold, or be eligible to obtain, a type rating in one or more of the following aircraft: Legacy 500 (EMB550), Lineage 1000 (ERJ170/ERJ190), or Gulfstream G6 (GVI). A pristine safety record is essential; the candidate must have no FAA violations, at-fault accidents, or incidents. Prior experience in VVIP or luxury hospitality settings is highly preferred. The successful candidate demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, maintains a professional demeanor, and possesses a genuine passion for providing top-tier service.
