Learjet 75 Captain
Corporate Wings, a distinguished aircraft management company and inaugural member of the Directional Aviation Portfolio, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Learjet 75 Captain to join its dynamic team. With over 40 years of experience, Corporate Wings has established a reputation for excellence in managing a fleet of over 20 aircraft, a testament to its team of over 100 talented aviation professionals. The Management Headquarters are based at Cuyahoga County Airport in Richmond Heights, Ohio.
As a Captain at Corporate Wings, the individual will embody the company's commitment to providing technically accurate and safe transportation, while delivering a world-class service experience for all passengers. In this multifaceted role, the Captain will transition seamlessly between professional aviator and in-flight service provider, ensuring a concierge-level experience. This position is a dedicated crew position on a team of 2 total pilots, flying the same Learjet 75. He/She will support a KCAK based Part 135 on-demand schedule operating approximately 150 hours owner flying and 150 hours charter flying per year.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include ensuring the safe and efficient execution of assigned flight schedules, adhering to all regulatory and manufacturer's guidelines. The Captain will personally welcome and engage with passengers pre-flight, providing detailed briefings on the trip, confirming itineraries, offering weather updates, and explaining any changes. The Captain will also serve as a dedicated liaison between passengers and Corporate Wings throughout the entire journey, from arrival at the FBO to safe departure from the final destination FBO; deliver impeccable in-flight service, including the responsible handling of alcohol, catering service, and meticulous loading and stowing of all baggage; uphold the cabin's integrity by performing thorough cleaning, organization, and stocking procedures before each trip; and flexibly undertake additional responsibilities as assigned based on specific assignments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications include residing within 2 hours of KCAK, holding an FAA Airline Transport Pilot License (ATP), possessing a minimum of 3,000 total flight hours, of which 1,500 hours are as Pilot in Command (PIC), holding a First Class Medical with unrestricted ability to travel worldwide, possessing an LR75 type rating, holding an FAA Airframe & Powerplant or Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license, ability to work varying hours including day and night; weekdays, weekends and holidays, ability to manage rest to always be prepared for flight duty during their tour, being service-oriented with a neat, well-groomed appearance and a demonstrated ability to make a positive impression including a strong capability to effectively interact with passengers, and demonstrating the ability to make quick and accurate decisions while paying close attention to detail, both technically and from a passenger-service perspective.
