A320 Family Line Training Captain

Our award-winning airline seeks experienced A320 Family Line Training Captains to join its expanding team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of the airline's next stage of growth, aligned with increasing demand for its flights and holidays.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the Airbus Fleet expansion, delivering high-quality training to pilots. This role requires current A320 family Line Training experience, a valid UK-issued Pilot's Licence with A320/1 rating, a current Class One Medical, and the right to live and work in the UK.

The airline is the UK’s largest Tour Operator, with Airbus operations from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, Luton, and Stansted, and 13 bases planned for 2025. A confirmed order of 146 A320/1 Neo Aircraft, with deliveries underway from now until 2035, demonstrates a sustained commitment to investment. This includes a new £8.5 million Training Centre featuring a brand new A321 Full Motion Simulator scheduled for delivery in 2025.

The Pilot Flight Training Department offers additional qualification pay, depending on the role, and significant opportunities for advancement in all training and examining disciplines. An active Trainer Lifestyle Review Group, attended by representative trainers, promotes positive working practices and improvements to trainer lifestyle. Promotions are based on merit, and the in-house ATO conducts all courses pertinent to recruitment and Trainer/Examiner advancement. Numerous opportunities for TRI/TRE Tutor, Base Training, ZFTT LIFUS, and SE roles will arise as the fleet grows.
