Job Opportunity: First Officer (A320 Fleet) – SAS Connect

SAS Crew Services Ltd., an SAS Group company, is inviting experienced First Officers to join the SAS Connect A320 fleet based at London Heathrow (LHR). Following the closure of European Cargo, SAS is offering a strategic career transition for skilled pilots to join a leading, growing European airline operating a modern Airbus A320neo fleet.

Role Overview

Successful candidates will join a robust network with significant expansion plans leading into 2026. Pilots will operate across a diverse European network, ranging from Nordic winter operations to high-density airspace environments. Compensation and Benefits

SAS offers permanent full-time contracts, with part-time options available. The position includes:

  • Fixed "5 on/4 off" working pattern.

Candidate Requirements

  • EASA CPL with ATPL subjects.
  • Valid A320 type rating (preferable).
  • EASA Class One medical certificate.

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK.

Recruitment Process

The selection process consists of several stages, including CV screening, an online interview, cognitive and personality testing, and an Assessment Day (including a simulator session and personal interview). Final appointments are subject to successful background checks, security interviews, and drug and alcohol testing.

Applications are reviewed on a continuous basis. Candidates who have previously applied without reaching the assessment stage are eligible to reapply. Those who previously attended an assessment but were unsuccessful may reapply after a 12-month period.
