EasyJet is currently seeking experienced A320 Rated Co-Pilots for permanent positions within its UK bases. As an integral member of the flight crew, the successful candidate will support the Captain in the right-hand seat as a Second Officer, First Officer, or Senior First Officer, commensurate with experience. Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Evidence of operation as a Commercial Passenger Co-Pilot on A320 family aircraft within the last 12 months at the time of application.
  • A minimum of 500 flying hours on A320 family aircraft.
  • A valid A320 LPC upon joining.
  • A UK CAA Licence (or the ability to convert to a UK CAA Licence by the time of easyJet induction).
  • A UK CAA Class 1 Medical (or the ability to convert to a UK CAA Class 1 Medical by the time of easyJet induction).
  • Minimum ICAO Level 4 English proficiency.
  • The legal right to live and work in the UK, with unrestricted access across the UK, EEA, and the easyJet network.

Note: These positions are for UK-based roles only. A319/A320/A321 Co-Pilots will complete a standard easyJet Operations Conversion Course (OCC) upon joining.

Selection Process

The recruitment process consists of the following stages:

  1. Online Application
  2. Online Assessments
  3. Application Review
  4. Assessment Centre (conducted in a Simulator Centre, including both Non-Technical and Technical/SIM assessments)

Assessment Centres are scheduled to commence from July 2026.
