Essential Pilot Requirements
Successful candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications:
- A valid UK issued Pilots Licence with minimum English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 5. (Note: Candidates based outside the UK may concurrently hold and gain a UK license. Please consult the careers website for guidance regarding EASA or alternative licenses.)
- A current Class One Medical certificate with a minimum of six months validity remaining at the anticipated start date.
- A current A321 Type Rating is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3,000 flying hours is required.
- Of the total flying hours, a minimum of 1,000 hours must be verifiable Command time (factorised) on type or on a jet aircraft of similar size and configuration.
