Candidate Requirements
Prospective A321 Type Rated Captains must meet the following essential criteria:
- Possession of a valid UK issued Pilots Licence with a minimum English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 5.
- A current Class One Medical certificate with a minimum of six months validity at the commencement date.
- A current A321 Type Rating.
- A minimum of 3,000 flying hours.
- A minimum of 1,000 command hours (factorised) on type or on a similar size and configuration jet aircraft.
