Second in Command (SIC) - Midsize Jet Aircraft
This position is for a highly qualified and dedicated Second in Command (SIC) to operate a Midsize jet aircraft, conducting flight operations under both Part 91 and Part 135 regulations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and professionalism in all flight activities.
Key Responsibilities
- The Second in Command is responsible for diligently managing duty, flight, and rest times, ensuring strict adherence to both company requirements and all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (CFRs).
- Consistent and proactive communication with company operations is essential for standby duty assignments, trip notifications, accurate position reporting, and the timely submission of pre-flight and post-flight reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 1500 hours of Total Time.
- A minimum of 500 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
- A minimum of 500 hours of Multi-Engine Land time.
- A minimum of 100 hours of Turbine time.
- Candidates must either reside within, or be willing to relocate to, an area that facilitates a 2-hour call-out time from the designated home base.
