A reputable aviation operator is actively seeking a highly qualified and experienced Second in Command (SIC) for its midsize jet aircraft fleet. This pivotal role primarily supports Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations, ensuring the safe and efficient conduct of all assigned missions.
The Second in Command is responsible for diligently managing all duty, flight, and rest times, ensuring strict adherence to both company policies and federal aviation regulations (CFRs). Maintaining consistent and clear communication with company operations is paramount, covering aspects such as standby duty assignments, trip notifications, position reporting, and comprehensive pre- and post-flight documentation.
A fundamental requirement for this position is the candidate's ability to reside, or willingness to relocate, within a two-hour call-out radius of the designated home base.
