VIP Flight Attendant

Jet Aviation Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced VIP Flight Attendant to join a dynamic Part 91 Flight Department in the Los Angeles, California area. The VIP Flight Attendant provides an exceptional level of personal service to ensure the safety and comfort of aircraft passengers during flight. Responsibilities include greeting passengers, assisting with belongings, and explaining the use of safety equipment. The Flight Attendant serves food and beverages with the highest level of presentation and assists passengers in the event of an emergency. The Flight Attendant will also administer basic first aid, reassure passengers during turbulence, and assist with entering or disembarking the aircraft.

Additional duties include conducting preflight briefings; verifying that first aid kits and emergency equipment are in working order; securing the cabin prior to takeoff and landing; checking and stocking food, beverages, blankets, and other supplies; fulfilling VIP passenger requests; shopping for and preparing food; inspecting, cleaning, and stocking the cabin, galley, and lavatories; and completing preflight, in-flight, and post-flight paperwork. The Flight Attendant also conducts periodic trips through the cabin to ensure passenger comfort and maintain cleanliness, and operates audio and video systems.

Required Qualifications and Certifications:

• Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations.
• First Aid Training Certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant.
• Flight attendant specific training from FlightSafety, FACTs or similar is preferred; annual recurrent training is required. Candidates without formal flight attendant training may be considered but must attend initial flight attendant training course prior to flight assignment. Preference is shown to candidates who have completed FlightSafety, FACTs or similar training within the past 12 months.

• Culinary skills and culinary-specific training preferred.
• Ability to manage a constantly changing schedule and late-night flights.
• Unrestricted ability to travel worldwide (considering health and visa status).
• Proficiency in the operation of all features of the Cabin Management Systems.
• Proficiency in the operation of all galley equipment.
• Proficiency in the operation of all cabin features, including berthing seats and configuring the divan into a bed.
