Role Overview:
The Flight Attendant plays a vital role in providing a simple, reliable, and joyful travel experience for every customer, with paramount focus on safety. This position requires comprehensive knowledge of cabin equipment and controls. The Flight Attendant must be highly proficient in emergency assignments, functions, and responsibilities, including procedures for ditching and the evacuation of passengers requiring special assistance.

Essential Requirements:
Candidates must meet the following mandatory criteria:
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
- Have a minimum of two years of face-to-face customer service experience.
- Be legally authorized to work within the United States without requiring work sponsorship.
- Hold a current and valid Passport.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Meet a height requirement of between 5'0" and 5'9".
- Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
- Be willing to participate in pre-employment and random drug testing programs.
- Currently reside within, or be willing to relocate to, an area within a 60-minute commute (including travel time) of a designated base location.
- Be capable of occasionally lifting 75+ pounds.
Compensation and Benefits:
Training is compensated at a rate of $135.00 per day plus per diem, increasing to $198.00 per day plus per diem once operating flights. A minimum monthly salary equivalent to 14 days of work is guaranteed. Opportunities for additional income include Productivity Pay and quarterly bonuses.
