The Aviation Pilot is primarily responsible for the safe and efficient conduct of flight operations. This includes, but is not limited to, meticulously performing all assigned pilot duties in strict accordance with the Company General Operations Manual (GOM), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Regulations, specific Operations Specifications, approved Flight Manuals, and all other pertinent operational instructions. Furthermore, the incumbent is entrusted with ensuring that the company's overarching goals for safety, security, and quality are consistently met. This is achieved through continuous and proactive compliance with the comprehensive Company Safety Management System (SMS) program, coupled with the diligent and timely reporting of any safety, security, or quality recommendations or observed non-compliance through the established reporting processes.
