Under general direction, provide safe, reliable, high quality, and cost-effective air transportation services under direction of Captain. Must reside in the Greater Phoenix area or be willing to relocate.
Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the safety, comfort, and welfare of our passengers.
  • Assists the flight crew in the safe and efficient conduct of the flight
  • Serving as the liaison between Cockpit Crew and passengers ensuring timely delivery of in-flight communications.
  • Notifies flight crew immediately of any emergency situation in the cabin
  • Ensures that the appropriate cabin safety equipment is onboard and in an operating condition
  • Instructs passengers on the use and location of aircraft emergency equipment
  • Performs specified safety actions in the event of an on-board emergency; instructs and assists passengers during an aircraft emergency.
  • Participates in flight crew pre-flight briefing
  • Maintains the aircraft cabin, baggage, and galley area in an orderly, safe, and secure fashion
  • Stocks the aircraft with provisions
  • Provides menu planning, catering food preparation and presentation; ensures food safety
  • Engaging appropriate customer feedback on trip experience and service level to identify personal preferences and/or problems and provide follow-through.
  • Driving standardization for our customers by maintaining passenger preferences and sharing information with flight attendant team.
  • Maintains flight attendant Briefing Guides on each aircraft
  • Follows Safety Management System procedures, including but not limited to, observing, and reporting any questionable actions, events or circumstances
  • Ensures security of passengers; maintains confidentiality of passenger and flight manifests
  • Assists employees, vendors, or other customers by answering questions related to procedures and services
  • Engage in other department projects, task groups and teams as assigned. May be asked to lead or coordinate one of these efforts from time to time.
  • Completes work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • The position requires a minimum of five years’ experience as a Flight Attendant with an airline, business Aviation Department, or government agency.
  • International experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of culinary arts, food, wine, and menu planning to accommodate first class service to corporate passengers is necessary.
  • Must reside in the Greater Phoenix area or be willing to relocate.
  • Proven understanding of safety equipment and the proper use
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas verbally is necessary.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including skills in Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure, accurately meet deadlines and present a professional demeanor is essential.
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team, multi-task, and manage multiple projects to meet various deadlines simultaneously is required.
  • Customer service skills, including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude are essential.
  • Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values are key attributes. In addition, organizational and problem-solving skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential.

Educational Requirements:

  • This position requires a high school diploma or GED.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification required.
  • Valid Passport required.
  • Holds a certificate received from an approved Flight Attendant Training organization. FlightSafety, Aircare or similar training credentials for large-cabin aircraft.
