Candidate Requirements

Candidates must meet strict criteria demonstrating suitability for this international, customer-facing role:

  • Possession of the legal entitlement to work on an unrestricted basis across the European Union (EU) is mandatory.
  • A demonstrable background in a customer service-oriented environment (e.g., hospitality, retail, bar service).
  • Physical height must be between approximately 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
  • The essential ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Fluency and ease in both written and spoken English is required.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm, adaptability, and flexibility to work a structured shift roster.
  • An outgoing and friendly personality, coupled with a professional ‘can do’ attitude toward providing excellent customer service.
  • A genuine passion for travelling and meeting new people.
