This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Health, Vision, and Dental Coverage: Eligibility begins on the first day of the month following the hire date. Short-term/long-term disability and voluntary life insurance policies are also available. Detailed benefit information will be provided during the onboarding process.
  • 401(k) Savings Plan: Employees are eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) plan, with a company match of up to 6%, effective the first day of the month following the hire date. Participation guidelines will be outlined during onboarding.
  • Paid Sick Leave: Employees can accrue up to 56 hours of paid sick leave annually, which will roll over each year until the sick leave bank reaches 480 hours.
  • Vested Vacation Hours: Vacation hours become available on January 1st following the date of hire.
  • Non-Revenue/Space Available (NRSA) Travel Privileges: Available after six active months of service.

Compensation & Incentives

The starting annual salary for this position is $118,000.00, with eligibility for yearly increases based on performance and anniversary date, up to $147,365.83. Additional pay overrides, based on prior experience and other factors, may include a $25,000.00 check pilot override, a $10,000.00 AR/GUS override, and a $7,500.00 in-base override. Details regarding these incentives are available in the Scheduled Pilot Work Rules. A retention incentive of $10,000.00 is provided after 24 months of active service, with an additional $10,000.00 incentive every 12 active months thereafter. Pay incentives are also available for additional trips worked or assigned, beyond the monthly salary, based on schedule and specific thresholds.

Summary of Essential Duties

  • Prioritize safety above all else.
  • Adhere to schedules and directives governing aircraft operations under Part 135 On Demand regulations.
  • Fulfill all company-assigned duties in accordance with company manuals, memos, and policies.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning and prepare flight plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers.
  • Ensure the aircraft is clean, well-prepared, and equipped with all necessary provisions for passenger safety and comfort.
  • Adhere to company uniform policy and wear the company-issued uniform.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a U.S. ATP license.
  • Must be at least 23 years of age.
  • Must possess a current first-class medical (verified at the time of interview).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to travel internationally.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Must possess a current passport.
  • Must be able to lift 75 lbs routinely with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Must hold an English Proficiency Endorsement (EPE).
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.
  • Must have no excessive check ride failures.
  • Must have no previous aviation-related accidents or incidents.
  • Must have a residence that allows for reporting to work within 120 minutes of a dispatch call during their assigned duty period.
  • Must understand, read, and write English.
  • Must possess polished and professional interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Must demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Must have well-developed people skills and the ability to work with diverse personalities.
  • Must be able to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to handle interruptions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to motivate others.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, delivered with tact and professionalism.
  • Must pass a DOT-required pre-employment drug screen and be willing to submit to and pass FAA and company-mandated random drug and alcohol tests.
  • Must be able to pass a required 10-year work history review and submit to criminal background and fingerprint checks.
  • Must have the ability to work in a safe, professional manner, adhering to all regulatory requirements, including OSHA, EPA, state, and federal regulations.

Minimum and/or Recommended Flight Times

  • Total Time: 1500 minimum / 2000 hours recommended
  • Pilot in Command Time: 500 hours minimum / 1000 hours recommended
  • Multi-Engine Time: 500 hours minimum / 1000 hours recommended
