Position Summary
Aero Air is seeking a qualified Pilot in Command (PIC) for the King Air platform based in Dutch Harbor, AK. Local applicants will be given highest priority. This position operates on a 50/50 schedule and includes access to company-provided crew housing and a company vehicle while on duty.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Demonstrate the ability to function effectively as a Pilot in Command.
-
Ensure all flight operations remain in full compliance with FAR Part 135 and all relevant FAA regulations.

Perform all duties in accordance with Aero Air manuals, directives, policies, and procedures.

Maintain personal compliance with all Aero Air safety programs.
-
Adhere to all company standards of conduct and maintain regular, predictable attendance.

Successfully complete pre-employment drug screening and criminal history background checks.
Required Qualifications
-
FAA Airline Transport Pilot Multi-Engine Certificate.
-
FAA and CAMTS minimums for the position.

Minimum of 6 months Alaska/Arctic or equivalent experience.

Ability to maintain currency in assigned aircraft per FAR Part 135.

Current FAA First Class flight physical.

Valid U.S./state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record.

Valid U.S. Passport.

Strong interpersonal skills and a positive commitment to company missions and values.
Preferred Qualifications
Single Pilot Operations:

Total Time (TT): 2,500 hours minimum.
-
Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 500 hours minimum.
-
PIC: 1,000 hours minimum.
Dual Pilot Operations:

Total Time (TT): 2,000 hours minimum.

Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 500 hours minimum.
-
PIC: 1,000 hours minimum.
Previous EMS pilot experience is preferred.
