Cutter Aviation, a distinguished leader in aviation services, is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilot-in-Command (PIC) for a new Pilatus PC-24. Based at our Phoenix Sky Harbor location, this pivotal role involves single-pilot operations for both owner travel requirements and Part 135 on-demand charter flights. The PIC will serve as a primary ambassador for Cutter Aviation, requiring exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, coupled with an unwavering commitment to delivering world-class customer service to aircraft owners and clients. This role also necessitates effective liaison with Cutter Flight Management across all phases of aircraft operations and support, acting as a key external representative to owners, operators, business partners, and the broader business aviation community.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) for Pilatus PC-24 aircraft, executing both Part 91 owner flights and Part 135 on-demand charter operations.
- Demonstrate an uncompromising commitment to safety and maintain the highest standards of operational excellence.
- Adhere to a fixed 15-day schedule, while exhibiting flexibility and willingness to support on-demand operations, rotating schedules, and short-notice callouts.
- Ensure strict compliance with all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations concerning flight operations, pilot qualifications, currency, fitness for flight, and aircraft airworthiness.
- Implement established procedures for reporting flight and ground irregularities, and diligently maintain comprehensive operational records.
- Provide world-class customer service, acting as a professional and personable representative of Cutter Aviation.
- Liaise effectively with Cutter Flight Management on all aspects of aircraft operations and support.
- Perform additional administrative duties as directed by the Director of Operations and Chief Pilot.
Minimum Requirements
- Possession of a Multi-Engine Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
- Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate, or the ability to readily obtain one.
- A clean aviation record, free from accidents, incidents, or sanctions within the past five (5) years.
- Proficiency in customer service, organizational management, and interpersonal communication.
- Demonstrated knowledge of general aviation aircraft, including service requirements, and the specific needs of crews and passengers.
- The capacity to effectively train a Second-in-Command (SIC) pilot to proficiently perform their duties.
- Previous experience with turbojet type ratings and/or turboprop aircraft is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates possessing the following:
- A minimum of 3,000 total flight hours.
- At least 1,500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
- A minimum of 250 PIC hours in turbine-powered aircraft.
- Prior experience in Part 135 on-demand charter operations.
- Completion of FSI (FlightSafety International) or SimuFlite training programs.

- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and drug screening test.
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
