Alerion Aviation seeks highly motivated, organized, service-driven, and safety-minded Global 5000 Captains to join our team. This role will support Part 135/91 operations and is based in Scranton, PA. The Captain will be responsible for conducting flights in accordance with company policies, procedures, and all applicable FAA regulations and guidelines.
Pilot in Command (PIC) Minimums:
- ATP License required.
- 4000 Total Flight Time, with at least 3000 hours as Pilot in Command (all aircraft).
- 3000 Multi-Engine flight time, with at least 2000 hours as Pilot in Command.
- 300 Instrument flight time.
- Strong international experience is preferred.
- Type rating on the Global 5000 or a comparable aircraft is preferred.
General Pilot Requirements:
- Current and valid First Class FAA Medical Certificate.
- Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- No accidents, incidents, or FAA violations within the last 5 years.
- Must reside within a 2-hour driving radius of Wilkes-Barre Scranton International Airport (KAVP).
- Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.
- Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test.
- Must pass a TSA-required fingerprint-based criminal history records check in compliance with TSA Security Program Standards and 49 CFR 1544.229 and 49 CFR 1544.230.
- Must have the legal authority to work in the United States.
