Position Summary

Jet Aviation is seeking a highly skilled and professional Captain for our PC-24 aircraft. The successful candidate will command missions within an elite private aviation environment, exercising full responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of state-of-the-art aircraft. This role requires exceptional leadership, discretion, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and service for our discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take command of all assigned flights, ensuring full compliance with federal, local, and company regulations.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems to operate with precision and manage flight plans effectively.
  • Perform the functions of the In-flight Security Coordinator (ISC) as required by security programs.
  • Conduct passenger safety briefings and foster open communication regarding safety and hazard reporting.
  • Manage trip documentation, maintain aircraft manuals, and complete accurate administrative reporting.
  • Represent Jet Aviation as a brand ambassador, demonstrating professionalism and a dedication to excellence.

Candidate Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Airline Transport Pilot Certificate.
  • FAA First Class Medical.
  • Total fixed-wing time: 3,500 hours (including 1,500 hours Pilot in Command, 1,500 hours Multi-Engine, 500 hours Turbo-Jet, 500 hours Turbine, 100 hours Night, and 75 hours Simulated Instrument).
  • High school diploma.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule and travel extensively worldwide without restriction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree.
  • Appropriate PC-24 aircraft type rating and currency.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Physical and Environmental Requirements

The role requires regular use of hands, standing, walking, and sitting, with occasional climbing, kneeling, or crouching. Candidates must be able to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds, including overhead lifting. The work environment includes exposure to varying conditions, including heavy maintenance areas, upscale customer spaces, high noise levels, vibrations, and fuel fumes.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated salary range is $160,000 to $185,000, determined by experience and geographic factors. Jet Aviation offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
