Solairus Aviation | PC-24 Captain

Solairus Aviation is seeking a full-time, experienced Pilatus PC-24 Captain for an operation based at KCOE airport in the Hayden, Idaho area. This role involves the safe and prudent operation of the PC24 aircraft, supporting client travel, maintaining comprehensive flight documentation, and adhering to company policies and Federal Aviation Regulations. The position requires the Captain to be available on-call and reside within a two-hour radius of a major commercial airport or be willing to relocate.

About the Role

The Pilatus PC-24 Captain is responsible for the safe conduct of all flights, ensuring compliance with Solairus Aviation's policies, procedures, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations. Key duties include meticulous review of aircraft maintenance status, thorough pre-flight inspections as per the approved Aircraft Flight Manual, comprehensive weather and route planning, including alternate airports, and safeguarding the safety of passengers, the aircraft, and the crew. Accurate completion of all trip-related paperwork is also a critical responsibility.

Requirements

• Minimum total flight time: 3,000 hours
• Minimum Pilot in Command (PIC) time: 1,500 hours
• Minimum multi-engine (MEL) time: 1,500 hours
• Minimum MEL PIC time: 500 hours
• Minimum turbojet time: 500 hours
• Minimum instrument time: 250 hours
• Must hold a Pilatus PC-24 type rating or a rating on a comparable aircraft.
• Must possess a first-class medical certificate.
• Must be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Must complete annual ICAO International procedures training.
• Primary residence must be within a two-hour drive of a major commercial airport, or the applicant must be willing to relocate.
