Leviate Jet Management offers an excellent compensation and benefits package designed to attract and retain top-tier aviation professionals. This includes a competitive base salary ranging from $200,000 to $230,000 per year, supplemented by a cash bonus awarded every six months of continuous full-time employment. Pilots receive a per diem allowance of $75.00 per day for domestic travel and $125.00 per day for international travel. Accommodation is provided at quality establishments such as Marriott, Hilton, or equivalent hotels, with pilots retaining all accrued hotel, airline, and automobile rental points. Comprehensive health coverage options are available, including Medical, Dental, and Vision plans. The operational schedule features a reliable 14 days on / 7 days off hard rotation, supported by a three-pilot crew structure. Paid vacation and Paid Time Off (PTO) are included, and the company covers the cost of required medical certifications and pilot uniforms. The KCM (Known Crewmember) Badge program costs are also covered by the company.
