Second in Command - Super Midsize Jet Aircraft
Our organization is seeking highly qualified Second in Command candidates to join our team, operating Super Midsize jet aircraft under both Part 91 and Part 135 regulations. The successful candidate will contribute to the safe and efficient execution of flight operations while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing duty, flight, and rest periods in compliance with company policies and Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs).
- Maintaining consistent communication with the company regarding standby duty assignments, trip notifications, position reports, and pre- and post-flight reports.
- Maintaining and managing electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and applications.
- Adhering to all safety and operational procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2500 hours total flight time is required.
- A minimum of 500 hours of multi-engine land flight time is required.
- A minimum of 500 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) time is required.
- A minimum of 500 hours of multi-engine flight time is required.
- A minimum of 100 hours of turbine flight time is required.
- The candidate must reside, or be willing to relocate, within a 2-hour call-out radius of their assigned home base.
