Pilot in Command – Challenger 300/350

Jet Linx is seeking a highly qualified Pilot in Command (PIC) to join our team for Part 91 and 135 flight operations. The successful candidate will be based in or willing to relocate to Dallas, TX, and must be able to adhere to a 2-hour call-out time for aircraft assignments.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Base Chief Pilot, the Pilot in Command is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in strict accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures.
Minimum Requirements

Total Time: 3,500 hours

Total PIC: 2,000 hours

Total Time in Type: 250 hours

Total PIC Time in Type: 250 hours

Total Multi-Engine: 1,500 hours

Total Multi-Engine PIC: 500 hours

Total Turbine: 500 hours

Total Instrument: 300 hours

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Essential Functions

Manage duty, flight, and rest times in compliance with company and CFR requirements.

Maintain consistent communication with the company regarding standby duty, trip notifications, and flight reporting.

Manage electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware, applications, and ensure all navigation charts, publications, and manuals are current.

Maintain a current 1st Class medical certificate.

Exercise proactive, professional decision-making skills.

Professional Qualifications and Requirements

Initial or recurrent 142 training in type within the last 24 months is preferred.

Possess or have the ability to obtain an ATP certificate.

Hold a valid U.S. driver's license and current passport.

Maintain an FCC Restricted Radio License.

Demonstrate proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Possess unrestricted ability to travel to EU, Canada, and Caribbean countries.

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and submit to random drug/alcohol testing.

Ability to successfully pass an FAA Pilot Record Database review.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical ability to frequently move up to 50 pounds.
Compensation and Benefits
Jet Linx provides a competitive compensation package with a starting base salary ranging from $195,000 to $251,000, determined by geographic location, aircraft type, and candidate experience. Comprehensive benefits include:
