Position Summary
The Sales Support Pilot focuses on planning and executing product demonstrations, providing event support, and collaborating with Regional Sales Directors to drive territory growth. This position requires extensive travel and a commitment to professional excellence in aviation sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prospecting:
Identify and qualify retail prospects through background research on needs, financial condition, and key personnel. Develop leads in vertical and emerging markets.

Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations regarding Cirrus products utilizing technical sales and marketing resources.

Event Execution:
Plan, organize, and execute regional events and promotional activities. Align event strategies with territory health and business plans in coordination with Regional Sales Directors.

Demo Operations:
Coordinate the logistics and execution of product demonstrations, ensuring an engaging experience for potential clients.

Reporting:
Track and analyze event performance, providing insights and post-event reports detailing successes and areas for improvement.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.

FAA Commercial Pilot Instrument Certificate and Second Class Medical required; CFII preferred.

1+ year of prior sales or marketing experience desired.

Advanced proficiency in MS Office, computer software, and internet research.

Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building expertise.
