Job Summary

The Sales Support Pilot will focus on planning and executing product demonstrations, providing event support, and collaborating with Regional Sales Directors to develop their territories. Extensive travel is required for this role.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prospecting in underserved Retail Markets by finding and qualifying retail prospects through background research on their needs, financial condition, and key personnel.
  • Developing and qualifying leads in Vertical and Emerging Markets.
  • Effectively utilizing technical sales and promotional resources from Cirrus Marketing.
  • Preparing and presenting general and special purpose sales presentations on Cirrus products.
  • Planning, organizing, and executing events and promotional activities throughout the region, as assigned by the Regional Sales Director.
  • Utilizing territory health and business plans to inform event strategies and approaches.
  • Developing event concepts and themes that align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborating with Regional Sales Directors to identify underdeveloped areas and opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinating the logistics and execution of product demonstrations, ensuring effective and engaging communication for potential clients.
  • Tracking and analyzing event performance, providing insights and recommendations for future events.
  • Preparing post-event reports detailing successes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating.
  • Second-class medical certificate required.
  • Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII) is preferred.
  • 1+ year of prior sales or marketing experience is desired.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Proficiency in computer software and internet usage.
  • Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $70,612.69 to $105,919.03 USD

This position offers bonuses and other compensation.

Additional Information

Extensive travel will be required. Work beyond 40 hours per week may be required.
