About the Opportunity
Driscoll’s is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Pilot to join our aviation team. The successful candidate will apply a broad perspective to solve complex operational problems and develop innovative solutions. This role requires exceptional airmanship, specifically for operating a King Air 350 into diverse environments, including short and unimproved runways. The Corporate Pilot will maintain regular communication with Assistant Chief Pilots to ensure the timely resolution of all aircraft operational issues.
Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with all government, industry, and company safety and operational requirements.

Report flight operation hazards via the Safety Management System to the Chief Pilot.

Execute all preflight planning, weather analysis, and flight preparation duties.

Maintain adherence to Part 91 and Part 135 regulations, FAA Advisory Circulars, and company Standard Operating Procedures.

Participate in scheduled ground and simulator training to maintain flight proficiency and system knowledge.

Assist with ground operations, including baggage handling and passenger service.

Represent the company professionally in all interactions with growers, partners, and the business community.

Perform domestic and international travel as required (up to 90%).
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications

Experience:
5–10 years of total experience, including 2,000 hours of total logged flight time, 1,500 hours as Pilot-in-Command, and 500 hours in Jet or Turboprop aircraft.

Certifications:
Commercial Multi-Engine Land license (Airline Transport Pilot license preferred) and FAA First Class Medical.

Licensure:
Valid California driver’s license (or ability to convert) and a valid passport for international travel.

Education:
High school diploma required; two years of college or technical training preferred.
Preferred Qualifications

Type rating in King Air 300/350.

200 hours of flight experience in type.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to a flexible, non-traditional work schedule.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is $145,000 – $185,000 USD, commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications. Driscoll’s offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
