About the Role
Maddox is seeking an experienced and professional Corporate Pilot to join its flight department on a full-time basis. This position is ideal for individuals with extensive experience in business and corporate aviation. The Corporate Pilot will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft to support executive and business travel. Professionalism in the cockpit and on the ground, sound judgment, active passenger engagement, and a team-first attitude are expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of company aircraft.
- Support executive and business travel requirements.
- Maintain professionalism and actively engage with passengers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of business/corporate jet experience.
- Minimum of 7,000 hours total flight time.
- Minimum of 3,000 hours jet flight time.
- Possess an Airline Transportation Pilot (ATP) certificate.
- Hold a current 1st Class Medical certificate.
- Willing and able to relocate to the Southwest WA/PDX area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Falcon 900 type rating and experience.
- A&P Mechanic certification.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary is commensurate with qualifications, with a range of $210,000–$235,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include 3 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO), with an additional week for managers and an additional week after 5 years of service. Health & Wellness benefits can be taken as traditional insurance or as cash in lieu of benefits, with amounts varying based on eligibility and status. Paid paternity/maternity leave, 401k with a 100% match up to 8% of wages, paid holidays, and other voluntary benefits and coverages are also provided.
