Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Legally authorized to live and work in the United States.
• Possession of an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate, along with a minimum of one unrestricted Pilot-in-Command (PIC) type rating.
• Willingness and ability to participate in CAE’s Department of Transportation (DOT) Drug & Alcohol testing program.
• For ATP CTP instruction, candidates must:
  • Hold an ATP certificate with an airplane category multiengine class rating.
  • Possess at least two years of air carrier experience. This experience is defined as PIC in operations under § 91.1053(a)(2)(i) or § 135.243(a)(1), or as PIC or SIC under Part 121.
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and internet-based programs.

• Compensation: An attractive annual salary ranging from $125,000 to $150,000. Please note that the actual compensation rate is subject to evaluation of factors such as work experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
