Ground Instructor - Embraer CAE Training Services

About the Role

This exciting opportunity presents the chance to join CAE's Embraer Training Services team as an elite Ground Instructor. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering comprehensive ground school training for initial, recurrent, and differences training for the Phenom 100 & 300 aircraft, adhering to all approved training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging lectures utilizing PowerPoint presentations.
• Provide in-depth instruction on avionics and systems integration.
• Facilitate procedures training, encompassing a wide range of operational procedures.
• Deliver specialized training on avionics differences.
• Conduct thorough systems and performance reviews through practice oral examinations.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Maintain meticulous training records for clients.
• Provide essential seat support for clients requiring an additional crew member.
• Actively contribute to the enhancement of courseware by identifying areas for improvement.
• Review and update written tests and computer-based exam questions.
• Train new instructors as needed.
• Execute additional tasks as directed by the Training Manager.

Essential Requirements for Ground Instructor:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Exceptional public speaking skills, conveying information clearly and confidently.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide clients effectively.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as required.
