Key Responsibilities of the Citation Bravo Captain

  • Assumes full command and responsibility for the safe, secure, and efficient operation of the Citation Bravo (CE-550) aircraft.
  • Ensures strict adherence to all UK CAA regulations, organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and relevant operational mandates.
  • Executes comprehensive pre-flight planning procedures, including detailed performance calculations, precise fuel management, and thorough route analysis.
  • Leads effective crew briefings and maintains seamless coordination with First Officers and essential ground support personnel.
  • Delivers exemplary standards of customer care, discretion, and executive professionalism throughout all interactions.
  • Guarantees the accurate, timely completion and submission of all flight documentation and post-flight reports.
  • Actively participates in and contributes to continuous safety management and operational improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Valid UK CAA-issued ATPL or CPL with a current Cessna Citation Bravo (CE-550) type rating.
  • Current Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • Minimum of 2,500 total flight hours logged.
  • Extensive, demonstrable experience within the corporate or executive jet environment.
  • Proven operational leadership skills and the capability to perform reliably under high-pressure conditions.
  • Comprehensive familiarity with diverse European airspace and operating environments.
  • Full legal right to live and work unrestricted in the United Kingdom (UK).
  • Exceptional client-facing skills and a robust commitment to delivering elite service standards.
