B777F Captain – Central Airlines China
Central Airlines China, a dynamic and rapidly expanding cargo operator headquartered in the Haikou Free Trade Zone, is seeking experienced Boeing 777F Captains to join its growing flight operations team. Since its establishment in 2020, the airline has successfully expanded its fleet and now services over 40 city pairs.
Position Overview
The airline is offering renewable three-to-five-year contracts for B777F Captains. Successful candidates will benefit from a competitive annual compensation package exceeding 1 million RMB and flexible roster options, including either 10 consecutive days off per month or 6 consecutive days off per month combined with 35 days of annual leave.
Benefits and Compensation
Central Airlines China provides a commuting roster mode via Shenzhen Airport (SZX) along with a commuting ticket allowance. All compensation is subject to Chinese tax.
Salary and Financial Incentives (Per Year/Month):

New Captains:
Annual salary ranging from RMB 884,000 (600 hours) to RMB 1,370,000 (900 hours). Total package value estimated between RMB 95,700–136,000 per month.

Lead Captains:
Annual salary ranging from RMB 980,000 (600 hours) to RMB 1,526,100 (900 hours). Total package value estimated between RMB 104,000–149,000 per month.

Allowances & Bonuses:
Monthly allowance of RMB 16,100; monthly loyalty bonus of RMB 5,000 (13–36 months) or RMB 10,000 (37+ months).

Overnight per diem, deadhead crew allowance, sick leave, and comprehensive group medical insurance via Baymac.
Candidate Requirements

Type Rating:
Current rating on B777/B787 preferred; other Boeing types (B737NG/MAX, B747, B757, B767) will be considered for non-type rated (NTR) positions.

Flight Experience:
Minimum 5,000 total flying hours, including at least 1,500 PIC hours on Boeing aircraft.

Currency:
Must have served as Commander on the specific aircraft type within the last 6 months.

Age Limit:
Maximum age 55 for B777 pilots; maximum age 50 for NTR pilots.

Licensing:
Valid ATPL from a country with diplomatic relations with the PRC; valid First Class Medical.

Documentation:
Valid passport from a country with diplomatic relations with the PRC.

Professional Standing:
No history of incidents, accidents, or criminal records.

Language:
ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
