B777F Captain – Central Airlines China
Overview
Central Airlines China, a dynamic cargo operator based in the Hainan Free Trade Zone, is seeking experienced Boeing 777F Captains to support its expanding fleet. Established in 2020, the airline serves 40 city pairs and offers a stable, long-term opportunity for qualified flight crew.
Contract Terms
This is a three-to-five-year renewable contract. Pilots may choose between two roster patterns: 10 consecutive days off per month or 6 consecutive days off per month plus 35 days of annual leave. The package includes access to group medical insurance with optional family coverage and automatic emergency medical insurance.
Salary and Benefits
The annual compensation package exceeds 1 million RMB, subject to Chinese tax. Benefits include a commuting roster mode from Shenzhen Airport (SZX), commuting ticket allowance, monthly loyalty bonuses, and overnight per diems.
Remuneration Structure
New Captain: Annual salary ranging from RMB 884,000 (600 hours) to RMB 1,370,000 (900 hours). Total monthly package value approximately RMB 95,700 – 136,000.
Lead Captain: Annual salary ranging from RMB 980,000 (600 hours) to RMB 1,526,100 (900 hours). Total monthly package value approximately RMB 104,000 – 149,000.
Additional Allowances: Monthly allowance of RMB 16,100. Monthly loyalty bonus: RMB 5,000 (13–36 months) or RMB 10,000 (37+ months).
Candidate Requirements
- Type Rating: B777/787 rating preferred. Candidates with B737NG, B737MAX, B747, B757, or B767 ratings will be considered for Non-Type Rated (NTR) positions.
- Experience: Minimum 5,000 total flight hours, including at least 1,500 PIC hours on Boeing aircraft. Must have served as Commander on the relevant type within the last 6 months.
- Age: Maximum age 55 for B777-rated pilots; maximum age 50 for NTR pilots.
- Licensing: Valid ATPL from a country with diplomatic relations with the PRC; valid First Class Medical.
- Documentation: Valid passport from a country with diplomatic relations with the PRC.
- Professional Standards: ICAO English Level 4 or higher. No history of incidents or accidents and no criminal record.
