Job Description
Central Airlines China, a dynamic and expanding cargo operator, is seeking experienced Boeing 777 Freighter (B777F) Captains to join its growing team. Established in 2020 and headquartered in Haikou, Hainan, the airline operates within China's 4th Free Trade Zone, benefiting from significant policy and tax advantages. The fleet includes B737F and B777F aircraft, serving numerous city pairs with ongoing expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Operate B777F aircraft for Central Airlines China.
Contract Details
Contract Length: 3-5 years renewable.
Roster Options:
- 10 consecutive days off per month.
- 6 days off per month plus annual leave.
Commuting roster mode available from Shenzhen Airport (SZX) with a commuting ticket allowance.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual package potentially exceeding 1 million RMB.

Candidate Requirements
- Currently rated on the B777/B787 aircraft (preferred).
- Consideration for Non-Type Rated (NTR) positions will be given to pilots with ratings on other Boeing types including B737NG/MAX, B747, B757, or B767.
- Minimum 1,500 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours on Boeing aircraft.
- Minimum 5,000 total flight hours.
- Must have flown as Commander on the relevant aircraft type within the last 6 months.
- Maximum age: 55 years for B777 pilots; 50 years for NTR pilots.
- Valid ATPL issued by a country with diplomatic relations with the People's Republic of China (PRC).
- Valid First Class Medical certificate.
- Valid passport from a country with diplomatic relations with the PRC.
- No history of aviation incidents or accidents.
- No criminal record.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or above.
