B777F Captain – Central Airlines China
Central Airlines China, a rapidly expanding cargo operator headquartered in the Haikou Free Trade Zone, is currently seeking experienced Boeing 777F Captains to join its growing flight operations team. Since its inception in 2020, the airline has established a robust network serving 40 city pairs, with ongoing fleet expansion across its B737F and B777F aircraft.
Position Overview
This is a renewable three-to-five-year contract opportunity. Successful candidates will benefit from a competitive annual package exceeding 1 million RMB and flexible roster options to accommodate personal requirements. The position includes comprehensive group medical insurance coverage and emergency medical insurance.
Compensation and Benefits
The role includes a commuting roster mode from Shenzhen Airport (SZX) with a provided commuting ticket allowance. Please note that all figures are subject to Chinese taxation.
Work Schedule Options:

Option A: 6 consecutive days off per month plus 35 days annual leave.

Option B: 10 consecutive days off per month.
Financial Package Highlights:

Annual Salary/Allowances: Ranging from RMB 884,000 to RMB 1,526,100 per annum, depending on seniority and flight hours (600–900 hours).

Monthly Allowances: RMB 16,100.

Monthly Loyalty Bonus: RMB 5,000 (13–36 months) to RMB 10,000 (37+ months).

Additional Benefits: Overnight per diem, deadhead crew allowance, and sick leave.
Candidate Requirements

Certification:
Valid ATPL from a country with diplomatic relations with the PRC.

Type Rating:
B777/787 rating is preferred; B737NG/MAX, B747, B757, or B767 ratings will be considered for non-type rated (NTR) positions.

Experience:
Minimum of 5,000 hours total flight time, including at least 1,500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on Boeing aircraft.

Currency:
Must have served as Commander on the relevant type within the last 6 months.

Age Restrictions:
Maximum age 55 for B777 pilots; maximum age 50 for NTR pilots.

Medical/Legal:
Valid First Class Medical and a valid passport from a country with diplomatic relations with the PRC.

Professional Standards:
No history of incidents, accidents, or criminal records.

Language:
ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
