Job Description

Central Airlines China, a fast-growing cargo airline established in 2020, is seeking experienced Boeing 777 First Officers to join its expanding fleet. Headquartered in Haikou, Hainan, within China's 4th Free Trade Zone, the airline benefits from strategic policy and tax advantages. Central Airlines China currently serves 40 city pairs and is actively expanding its B737F and B777F fleet operations.

Contract and Benefits

  • Contract Length: 3-5 years, renewable
  • Rostering Options: Choose between 10 consecutive days off per month or 6 days off per month plus annual leave.
  • Commuting Roster: Available from Shenzhen Airport (SZX) with a commuting ticket allowance.
  • Annual Package: Exceeds 1 million RMB.
  • Medical Insurance: Access to group medical insurance by Baymac, with optional family coverage and automatic emergency medical insurance for all pilots.

Salary and Benefits: Captain B777F

Work Mode: (A) 6 Consecutive Days per Month plus 35 Days Annual Leave; or (B) 10 Consecutive Days off per Month.

Annual Salary, Hourly Fees, and Hourly Allowances:

  • New Captain: RMB884,000/Yr (600Hrs) – RMB1,370,000/Yr (900Hrs)
  • Lead Captain: RMB980,000/Yr (600hrs) – RMB1,526,100/Yr (900hrs)

Monthly Allowances: RMB 16,100

Monthly Loyalty Bonus:

  • 13-36 Months: RMB 5,000
  • 37 Months and above: RMB 10,000

Total Package Value:

  • New Captain: Approx RMB95.7k~136k per Month
  • Lead Captain: Approx RMB104k~149k per Month

Other Benefits: Overnight per diem, Deadhead Crew Allowance, Sick Leave.

Note: All amounts are subject to Chinese tax.

Requirements

  • Currently rated on the B777/787 is preferred.
  • Consideration for Non-Type Rated (NTR) positions will be given to pilots with ratings on other Boeing types, including B737NG/MAX, B747, B757, and B767.
  • Minimum 1,500 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours on Boeing aircraft.
  • Minimum 5,000 total flight hours.
  • Must have flown as Commander on the specified type within the last 6 months.
  • Maximum age: 55 for B777 pilots, 50 for NTR pilots.
  • Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) from a country with diplomatic relations with the People's Republic of China (PRC).
  • Valid First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Valid passport from a country with diplomatic relations with the PRC.
  • No history of incidents or accidents.
  • No criminal record.
  • ICAO English Level 4 or above.
