B777F Captain – Central Airlines China
Central Airlines China, a rapidly expanding cargo operator headquartered in Haikou, Hainan, is seeking experienced B777F Captains to join its growing fleet. Established in 2020 and situated within China’s 4th Free Trade Zone, the airline serves 40 city pairs and offers a dynamic professional environment for aviation experts.
Professional Requirements

Current Boeing B777/B787 type rating is preferred; B737NG/MAX, B747, B757, or B767 type ratings will be considered for Non-Type Rated (NTR) positions.

Minimum of 1,500 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours on Boeing aircraft.

Minimum of 5,000 total flight hours.

Must have served as a Commander on the applicable type within the last 6 months.

Maximum age: 55 for B777-rated pilots; 50 for NTR pilots.

Valid ATPL from a country with diplomatic relations with the PRC.

Valid First Class Medical certificate.

Valid passport from a country with diplomatic relations with the PRC.

Clean incident, accident, and criminal record.

ICAO English Level 4 or above.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a renewable 3-to-5-year contract. Benefits include group medical insurance, emergency medical insurance coverage, and a commuting roster mode from Shenzhen Airport (SZX) with a commuting ticket allowance.
Package Structure (Subject to Chinese Tax):
Work Modes:
(A) 6 consecutive days per month plus 35 days annual leave; or (B) 10 consecutive days off per month.
Annual Salary, Hourly Fees, and Allowances:

New Captain: RMB 884,000 (600 hrs) – RMB 1,370,000 (900 hrs).

Lead Captain: RMB 980,000 (600 hrs) – RMB 1,526,100 (900 hrs).
Additional Monthly Compensation:

Monthly Allowance: RMB 16,100.

Monthly Loyalty Bonus: RMB 5,000 (13–36 months); RMB 10,000 (37+ months).

Total Package Value (Approx.): RMB 95.7k–136k (New Captain) or RMB 104k–149k (Lead Captain) per month.

Additional inclusions: Overnight per diem, deadhead crew allowance, and sick leave.
