Central Airlines China is seeking experienced and qualified Boeing 777 First Officers to join its expanding fleet operations. Job Description

Central Airlines China operates a fleet of Boeing 777 freighters, serving a growing network of destinations. The airline is committed to operational excellence and continuous expansion, providing a stable and rewarding environment for its flight crew.

Responsibilities

Operate Boeing 777 freighter aircraft in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Ensure the safe and efficient conduct of flights while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Requirements

Currently rated on the B777/787 preferred. Other Boeing types such as B737NG/MAX/B747/B757/B767 will be considered for NTR (Non-Type Rated) positions.
Minimum 1,500 PIC (Pilot in Command) hours on Boeing aircraft.
Minimum 5,000 hours in total flight time.
Must have flown as Commander on the above type within the last 6 months.
Maximum age of 55 for B777 pilots; maximum age of 50 for NTR pilots.
Valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) from a country with diplomatic relations with the People's Republic of China (PRC).
Valid First Class Medical certificate.
Valid passport from a country with diplomatic relations with the PRC.
No history of incidents or accidents.
No criminal record.
ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or above.

Contract Details

Contract Length: 3-5 years, renewable.
Commuting roster options available from Shenzhen Airport (SZX), with commuting ticket allowance.

Remuneration and Benefits

New Captain B777F:

Annual Salary, Hourly Fees, and Hourly Allowances: RMB884,000/Yr (600Hrs) – RMB1,370,000/Yr (900Hrs).
Monthly Allowances: RMB 16,100.
Monthly Loyalty Bonus: 13-36 months: RMB 5,000; 37 months and above: RMB10,000.
Total Package Value: Approximately RMB95.7k – RMB136k per month.

Lead Captain B777F:

Annual Salary, Hourly Fees, and Hourly Allowances: RMB980,000/Yr (600hrs) – RMB1,526,100/Yr (900hrs).
Monthly Allowances: RMB 16,100.
Monthly Loyalty Bonus: 13-36 months: RMB 5,000; 37 months and above: RMB10,000.
Total Package Value: Approximately RMB104k – RMB149k per month.
