B777F Captain – Central Airlines China
Central Airlines China, a rapidly expanding cargo operator headquartered in Haikou, Hainan, is seeking experienced Boeing 777F Captains. Established in 2020 within China’s 4th Free Trade Zone, the airline currently operates a growing fleet of B737F and B777F aircraft across 40 city pairs.
Position Overview
This role offers a renewable three-to-five-year contract. Pilots may select between two rostering options: 10 consecutive days off per month, or 6 consecutive days off per month combined with 35 days of annual leave. The position includes a commuting roster mode from Shenzhen Airport (SZX) and a commuting ticket allowance.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual package exceeds 1 million RMB (subject to Chinese tax). Total remuneration varies based on rank (New Captain vs. Lead Captain) and annual flight hours (600–900 hours). Comprehensive benefits include:

Salary & Allowances:
Annual base compensation, hourly fees, and monthly allowances of RMB 16,100.

RMB 5,000 monthly (13–36 months) increasing to RMB 10,000 (37+ months).

Candidate Requirements

Type Rating:
B777/787 rating preferred; other Boeing types (B737NG/MAX, B747, B757, B767) will be considered for non-type-rated (NTR) positions.

Flight Experience:
Minimum 5,000 total flight hours, including at least 1,500 PIC hours on Boeing aircraft.

Recent Experience:
Must have served as Commander on the required type within the previous 6 months.

Age Limits:
Maximum age 55 for B777-rated pilots; maximum age 50 for NTR pilots.

Licensing & Documentation:
Valid ATPL and First Class Medical from a country with diplomatic relations with the PRC.

Language Proficiency:
ICAO English Level 4 or above.

No history of incidents, accidents, or criminal records.
