B737NG & MAX Captain Position at Fiji Airways
Fiji Airways, headquartered in Nadi, Fiji, is currently seeking experienced, type-rated B737NG and MAX Captains to join their professional flight operations team. The airline maintains an extensive network across the Pacific, including destinations in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Vancouver, and Los Angeles.
Key Requirements

Valid ICAO ATPL and First Class Medical certificate.

Valid B737NG type rating, with at least 500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on type.

Minimum of 2,000 hours total jet time.

Minimum of 3,500 hours total flying time.

Must have flown the B737NG type within the last 12 months.

Proficiency in English at ICAO Level 5 or higher.

Maximum age of 60 years.
Compensation and Benefits
These positions offer a three-year renewable contract based in Nadi. Fiji Airways provides commuting support for crew based in Australia and New Zealand.

Monthly Base Salary:
NZD 17,428 for 70 block hours.

Accommodation Allowance:
NZD 2,240 per month.

Excess Flying Pay:
125% of the hourly rate for time exceeding 70 block hours per month.

Flight Duty Pay:
NZD 10 per block hour.

Schedule:
10 days off provided per month.

Leave:
24 days annual leave and 12 days sick leave.

Terms and Conditions
