Jet Aviation is seeking an experienced Gulfstream G800 Captain to join its flight operations team in Kowloon, HK. This role involves the safe and efficient operation of an ultra-long-range business jet, delivering exceptional safety, professionalism, and VIP service.
About the Role
The Gulfstream G800 Captain will be responsible for the overall command and safety of the aircraft, crew, passengers, and cargo. The position entails conducting flights in accordance with company Operations Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements, while maintaining the highest standards of flight safety and operational discipline. An estimated 250 flight hours per year are expected, with a focus on extensive international and VIP operations.
Main Responsibilities

Assume overall responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, crew, passengers, and cargo.

Conduct all flights in accordance with company policies, regulations, and best practices.

Exercise sound command judgement and maintain the highest standards of flight safety.

Ensure adherence to all required checklists, procedures, and operational requirements.

Maintain precise navigation and comply with all applicable limitations and procedures.

Manage fuel planning and ensure adequate reserves.

Effectively manage the flight crew, fostering strong Crew Resource Management (CRM) and airmanship.

Coordinate closely with cabin crew to ensure cabin safety and passenger needs are met.

Provide appropriate safety briefings and address emergency equipment and procedures.

Complete all required flight, technical, and operational documentation.

Report incidents and operational matters according to company procedures.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aviation regulations and company procedures.

Represent the company with the highest standards of professionalism.

Deliver an exceptional level of service to VIP passengers while prioritizing safety.
Requirements

Valid ATPL (FAA, UK CAA, EASA, or equivalent accepted).

Gulfstream G800 type rating is preferred but not essential; non-type-rated candidates will be considered.

Previous Gulfstream experience is strongly preferred.

Proven experience as a Captain on business jets or relevant aircraft.

Strong international and/or VIP aviation experience is preferred.

Class 1 Medical Certificate.
