Position Summary

Jet Aviation is seeking a highly skilled Captain to join its elite flight operations team. The successful candidate will lead aircraft operations with precision, focusing on the Bombardier Global 7500 fleet. Reporting to the Director of Flight Operations, the Captain is responsible for upholding the highest standards of safety, operational excellence, and client service.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure the safety of all crew members, passengers, and cargo.
Maintain strict compliance with operational procedures and checklists as outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM).
Coordinate flight crew duties to optimize airmanship and safety during all phases of flight, including take-off, climb, approach, and landing.
Enforce the proper use and handling of aircraft systems and navigation, observing minimum altitude requirements.
Monitor fuel levels to ensure safe landing capabilities at all times.
Maintain clear communication with cabin crew regarding safety requirements and passenger briefings.
Complete all technical and flight logs, and submit occurrence or accident reports as required.
Uphold company standards of discipline, conduct, and professional appearance.
Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, including the Air Navigation Order (ANO).
Protect flight data and cockpit voice recordings in accordance with investigation protocols.

Minimum Requirements

Valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence) with a current type rating on the Bombardier Global 7500.
Valid FAA, EASA, or UK pilot license.
Minimum of 5,000 total flight hours.
Minimum of 500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on type.
Current Class 1 Medical Certificate.
Extensive knowledge of aircraft systems, aviation regulations, and safety protocols.
Demonstrated experience in international operations and navigating adverse weather conditions.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

The role requires the ability to operate in diverse environments, ranging from upscale customer-facing areas to heavy maintenance hangars. Candidates must be prepared to work in various weather conditions, including exposure to high noise levels, vibrations, and occasional fuel fumes. The work environment may experience extreme temperature fluctuations within the hangar facility.
