Jet Aviation is seeking a Captain to join its Flight Services team in Kowloon, HK. This role involves operating the Bombardier Global 7500 aircraft, ensuring the highest standards of flight safety and operational excellence for clients.

About the Role

As a Captain, the incumbent will lead aircraft operations, ensuring the utmost safety and service standards. This position involves operating the Bombardier Global 7500 fleet, delivering exceptional client experiences, and maintaining cutting-edge flight safety and operational practices. The role reports directly to the Director of Flight Operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all crew members, passengers, and cargo onboard.
• Comply with operational procedures and checklists as per the Operations Manual (FOM).
• Ensure all crew members are at their stations during take-off, final approach, and landing.
• Prohibit crew members from performing non-essential activities during critical flight phases.
• Prevent the disabling or erasure of flight data and cockpit voice recorders, except for incident/accident investigations.
• Coordinate flight crew workload to ensure optimal airmanship.
• Maintain precise navigation and observe minimum altitudes.
• Adhere to aircraft system limitations and ensure proper aircraft handling.
• Enforce strict adherence to checklists.
• Ensure sufficient usable fuel reserves for safe diversion to an airport with final reserve fuel.
• Liaise with cabin crew to ensure cabin safety requirements are met.
• Complete flight and technical logs.
• File written occurrence and accident reports when necessary.
• Maintain familiarity with relevant aviation regulations, the JBJH/JBJS Operations Manual, and agreed aviation practices.
• Uphold high standards of discipline, conduct, and appearance as a company representative.
• Comply with the Operations Manual (FOM) and Air Navigation Order (ANO) regulations.
• Brief passengers on emergency exit locations and safety equipment usage.

Requirements

• Valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) with a current type rating on the Global 7500.
• Minimum of 5,000 total flight hours.
• Minimum of 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on type.
• Possess a valid FAA, EASA, or UK licence.
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of aircraft systems, aviation regulations, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in international operations and adverse weather conditions.
• Current Class 1 Medical Certificate.
