Job Description

Fiji Airways is seeking experienced, type-rated A330 and A350 Captains to join its flight operations. This is a 3-year renewable contract position based in Nadi, Fiji. Fiji Airways operates a fleet of A330, A350, and B737NG/MAX aircraft, servicing routes across the New Zealand and Pacific region, as well as to Los Angeles, Vancouver, Hong Kong, and various Australian destinations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate A330 and A350 aircraft in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the safety and efficiency of all flight operations.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and performance as a Captain.

Requirements

  • Valid A330 or A350 type rating.
  • Minimum 1,000 hours PIC (Pilot in Command) on A330/A350, OR
  • Minimum 3,000 hours PIC on A320/A340 and ability to obtain A330/A350 rating or CCQ.
  • Minimum 2,000 hours PIC on turbine aircraft.
  • Minimum 5,000 hours total jet time.
  • Aircraft type flown within the last 12 months (may be waived).
  • Operated as crew on type for more than 2 years.
  • Maximum age of 60.
  • Valid ICAO ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence).
  • Valid First Class Medical Certificate.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or above.
