B777 Upgrade Captain - China Southern Airlines

China Southern Airlines, the largest operator in China based in Guangzhou, is currently seeking experienced B747/757/767 Captains for a transition and upgrade program to the B777 fleet. Candidates are not required to be currently active on the B747/757/767 aircraft.

Position Overview

Successful candidates will receive B777 type rating training provided by the airline in exchange for flying services. The recruitment process typically spans six months from the date of application. Roster options include a 20/10 schedule or a 40/20 schedule.

Requirements

• Hold a valid ICAO ATPL with a B747, B757, or B767 rating (currency not required).
• Minimum of 6,000 hours Total Time.
• Minimum of 3,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time on aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) exceeding 50 tonnes.
• Minimum of 1,000 hours PIC time on Boeing wide-body aircraft.
• Must be under 56 years of age, in accordance with CAAC regulations.
• Clean safety record with no history of accidents or incidents.
• Must meet all applicable CAAC ATPL and nationality restrictions.

Compensation

The position offers a minimum salary of USD 18,000 per month net.
