B777 Transition Captain - China Southern Airlines
China Southern Airlines, the largest aviation operator in China with a fleet of over 700 Boeing and Airbus aircraft based in Guangzhou, is seeking experienced Captains for a B777 transition program.
Position Overview
Successful candidates will be provided with B777 type rating training in exchange for their professional services. This role offers flexible rostering options, including 20/10 or 40/20 schedules, with a minimum net salary of USD 18,000 per month. The recruitment process duration is approximately six months from the date of application.
Candidate Requirements

Must hold an ICAO ATPL with a B747, B757, or B767 rating (current rating not required).

Minimum of 6,000 hours total time.

Minimum of 3,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) exceeding 50 tonnes.

Minimum of 1,000 hours PIC specifically on Boeing wide-body aircraft.

Must be under 56 years of age in accordance with CAAC regulations.

Clean safety record with no history of accidents or incidents.

Compliance with all applicable CAAC restrictions regarding ATPL and nationality.
