B737NG and B737MAX Captain Positions - Fiji Airways
Longreach Aviation Resources is seeking experienced Captains for B737NG and B737MAX aircraft operations with Fiji Airways, based in Nadi, Fiji. Professional Requirements

Valid B737NG or B737MAX type rating.

Minimum 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on type.

Minimum 5,000 hours total flying time.

Current on type (flown within the last 6 months).

Minimum of 2 years of operational experience as crew on type.

Maximum age of 60 years.

Valid ICAO ATPL.

Valid First Class Medical certificate.

ICAO English Level 5 or higher.
Compensation and Benefits
The monthly service fee for Captains is NZD 17,428 for 70 block hours. Additional financial incentives include:

Monthly accommodation allowance of NZD 2,240.

Overtime pay: 125% of the hourly rate for time exceeding 70 block hours per month.

Flight Duty Pay: NZD 10 per block hour.

Annual leave: 24 days per annum.

Employment Terms
Positions are based in Nadi, Fiji, on a three-year contract term. Fiji Airways provides commuting tickets between the pilot’s contract base and Nadi for duty commencement.
