B737NG and B737MAX Captain Positions with Fiji Airways
Longreach Aviation Resources is seeking qualified Captains for the B737NG and B737MAX fleets at Fiji Airways. These positions are based in Nadi, Fiji, and offer a three-year renewable contract term.
Role Overview
Fiji Airways operates an international network utilizing A330, A350, and B737NG/MAX aircraft, connecting Nadi to destinations across New Zealand, the Pacific, Australia, Hong Kong, Los Angeles, and Vancouver. This role is designed to accommodate international commuters with provided flight tickets between the contract base and Nadi.
Candidate Requirements

Valid B737NG or B737MAX type rating.

Minimum 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on type.

Minimum 5,000 hours total flying time.

Recent flight experience on type within the last 6 months.

Minimum of 2 years experience operating as crew on type.

Maximum age of 60.

Valid ICAO ATPL.

Valid First Class Medical certificate.

ICAO English Level 5 proficiency or above.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a competitive package including a monthly service fee of NZD 17,428 (based on 70 hours) and a monthly accommodation allowance of NZD 2,240. Additional benefits include:

Excess flying pay: Hours exceeding 70 per month are compensated at 125% of the hourly rate.
