B737NG and B737MAX Captain - Fiji Airways

Longreach Aviation Resources is seeking experienced Captains for B737NG and B737MAX operations with Fiji Airways. Based in Nadi, Fiji, successful candidates will join a carrier with an extensive network spanning the South Pacific, New Zealand, Australia, North America, and Asia. This opportunity features a three-year renewable contract, specifically designed to accommodate commuting pilots.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly Service Fee: NZD 17,428 (based on 70 block hours)
• Monthly Accommodation Allowance: NZD 2,240
• Overtime: Payable for hours exceeding 70 per month at 125% of the hourly rate
• Flight Duty Pay: NZD 10 per block hour
• Schedule: 10 days off provided each month
• Contract Term: 3-year renewable term
• Annual Leave: 24 days per annum
• Sick Leave: 12 days per annum
• Travel Benefits: Discounted travel on Fiji Airways for the pilot and immediate family members
• Insurance: Emergency medical coverage provided

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the Captain position:

• Valid B737NG or B737MAX type rating
• Minimum of 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on type
• Minimum of 5,000 total flying hours
• Recency: Must have flown the type within the last 6 months
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years operating as crew on type
• Maximum age of 60 years
• Valid ICAO ATPL
• Valid First Class Medical certificate
• ICAO English Proficiency Level 5 or higher

Application Procedure

Qualified flight deck professionals are required to register with Longreach Aviation as the first step of the application process. Following registration, candidates must complete the Fiji Airways online application form. All submissions will undergo a formal review by Longreach Aviation before being forwarded to Fiji Airways management for further consideration. Supplemental documentation will be requested following positive feedback from the airline.
