B737NG and B737MAX Captains - Fiji Airways
Longreach Aviation Resources is seeking qualified Captains for B737NG and B737MAX operations with Fiji Airways, based in Nadi, Fiji. Fiji Airways provides extensive regional and international connectivity, including routes to New Zealand, the Pacific, Los Angeles, Vancouver, and Hong Kong.
Candidate Requirements

Valid B737NG or B737MAX type rating.

Minimum of 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on type.

Minimum of 5,000 hours total flight time.

Must have flown the type within the last 6 months.

Minimum of 2 years operating as crew on type.

Maximum age of 60 years.

Valid ICAO ATPL.

Valid First Class Medical.

ICAO English Level 5 or above.
Compensation and Benefits
These positions offer a 3-year renewable contract with the following provisions:

Monthly Service Fee: NZD 17,428 (based on 70 hours).

Excess Flying Pay: 125% of the hourly rate for hours exceeding 70 per month.

Flight Duty Pay: NZD 10 per block hour.

Monthly Accommodation Allowance: NZD 2,240.

Schedule: 10 days off provided per month.

Leave: 24 days annual leave and 12 days sick leave.

Commuting: Fiji Airways provides commuting tickets between the crew member's contract base and Nadi.
