Job Title: B737NG/MAX First Officer – Fiji Airways
Fiji Airways, the national carrier based in Nadi, Fiji, is currently seeking experienced and type-rated B737NG and MAX First Officers to join their growing international flight operations team. The airline operates a modern fleet, including A330, A350, and B737NG/MAX aircraft, serving destinations across the Pacific, New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong, Vancouver, and Los Angeles.
Contract and Compensation
These positions offer a three-year renewable contract. For pilots based in Australia or New Zealand, the airline provides commuting tickets between the designated contract base and Nadi to facilitate duty commencement.
Financial Package (First Officer):

Monthly Payment: NZD 10,208 (for 70 block hours).

Accommodation Allowance: NZD 2,240 per month.

Excess Flying Pay: 125% of the hourly rate for time exceeding 70 block hours per month.

Flight Duty Pay: NZD 10 per block hour.

Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the First Officer position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1,500 hours total flying time.

Minimum of 250 hours on B737NG/MAX aircraft.

Hold a current and valid ATPL, maintained without restriction for the last two years.

Current B737NG/MAX type rating.

Current First Class Medical Certificate issued by an ICAO member state.

Current unrestricted Instrument Rating.

ICAO English language proficiency level 5 certification.

Valid passport.

Clean criminal record.
-
No history of flight accidents or incidents.
