First Officer B737NG/MAX – Fiji Airways
Fiji Airways is currently seeking qualified First Officers to operate B737NG and MAX aircraft. Based in Nadi, Fiji, the airline services destinations across the Pacific, New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong, Vancouver, and Los Angeles. These positions are offered on a three-year renewable contract basis.
Candidate Requirements

Minimum of 1,500 hours total flying time.

Minimum of 250 hours on B737NG/MAX aircraft.

Current and valid B737NG/MAX type rating.

Valid ATPL with no restrictions for the preceding two years.

Current First Class Medical Certificate issued by an ICAO member state.

Current unrestricted Instrument Rating.

ICAO Level 5 English language certification.

Valid passport.

No record of criminal activity, flight accidents, or incidents.
Compensation and Benefits
Fiji Airways provides a competitive package for First Officers, including commuting tickets between the pilot’s contract base and Nadi.

Monthly Salary:
NZD 10,208 (based on 70 block hours).

Accommodation Allowance:
NZD 2,240 per month.

Excess Flying Pay:
125% of the hourly rate for time exceeding 70 hours per month.

Flight Duty Pay:
NZD 10 per block hour.

Leave:
24 days of annual leave and 12 days of sick leave per annum.

Schedule:
A dedicated block of 10 days off per month.
