First Officer - Boeing 737NG/MAX
Fiji Airways, headquartered in Nadi, Fiji, is seeking qualified and type-rated First Officers for its Boeing 737NG and MAX fleet. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic airline operating across the Pacific region, including New Zealand, Australia, Los Angeles, and Hong Kong.
Job Summary
This role offers a competitive remuneration package and attractive working conditions, designed to appeal to pilots based in the Australian and New Zealand regions. Successful candidates will be offered a three-year renewable contract, with commuting tickets provided between the crew member's contract base and Nadi for duty commencement.
Responsibilities and Benefits

Monthly accommodation allowance: NZD 2,240.

Monthly overtime payment for flying hours exceeding 70 block hours, calculated at 125% of the hourly rate.

Flight duty pay of NZD 10 per block hour.

A block of 10 days off is provided each month.

24 days of annual leave.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of 1,500 hours of total flight time.

Minimum of 250 hours on the Boeing 737NG/MAX aircraft.

Hold a current and valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).

Must have operated without restriction for the last two years.

Possess a current Boeing 737NG/MAX type rating.

Hold a current First Class Medical Certificate issued by an ICAO member state.

Maintain a current Unrestricted Instrument Rating.

Achieve ICAO Level 5 English language proficiency certification.

Possess a current passport.

No criminal record.

No history of flight accidents or incidents.
