B737NG and MAX First Officer | Fiji Airways
Fiji Airways, headquartered in Nadi, Fiji, is currently seeking qualified First Officers for B737NG and MAX aircraft. The airline operates a diverse network covering the Pacific region, New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong, Vancouver, and Los Angeles.
Position Overview
These positions are offered on a three-year renewable contract basis. The role is particularly suitable for pilots based in Australia and New Zealand, as Fiji Airways provides commuting tickets between the pilot’s contract base and Nadi for the commencement of duty.
Key Requirements

Minimum of 1,500 hours total flight time.

Minimum of 250 hours on B737NG/MAX aircraft.

Current and valid ATPL, operated without restriction for the previous 24 months.

Current B737NG/MAX type rating.

Current First Class Medical Certificate issued by an ICAO member state.

Current unrestricted Instrument Rating.

ICAO Level 5 English language proficiency.

Valid passport.

Clean criminal record and no history of flight accidents or incidents.
Compensation and Benefits
Successful candidates receive the following:

Monthly payment: NZD 10,208 (based on 70 block hours).

Monthly accommodation allowance: NZD 2,240.

Overtime pay: 125% of the hourly rate for flying exceeding 70 hours per month.

Flight duty pay: NZD 10 per block hour.

Rostering: A block of 10 days off per month.

Leave: 24 days of annual leave and 12 days of sick leave.
