B737NG/MAX First Officer – Fiji Airways
Fiji Airways, headquartered in Nadi, Fiji, is currently seeking qualified, type-rated B737NG and MAX First Officers to join its expanding flight operations. The airline maintains an extensive network across the Pacific, New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong, Los Angeles, and Vancouver.
Position Overview
These positions are offered on a three-year renewable contract basis. Fiji Airways supports pilots residing in the Australian and New Zealand regions by providing commuting travel arrangements between the crew member's contract base and Nadi for the commencement of duty.
Compensation and Benefits
The First Officer position offers a competitive package including:

Monthly Salary:
NZD 10,208 (based on 70 block hours).

Accommodation Allowance:
Monthly stipend of NZD 2,240.

Excess Flying Pay:
125% of the hourly rate for flying in excess of 70 hours per month.

Flight Duty Pay:
NZD 10 per block hour.

Work-Life Balance:
A designated block of 10 days off per month and 24 days of annual leave.

Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the First Officer role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Minimum of 1,500 hours of total flight time.

Minimum of 250 hours on B737NG/MAX aircraft.

Hold a current and valid ATPL, operated without restriction for the previous 24 months.

Possess a current B737NG/MAX type rating.

Hold a current First Class Medical Certificate issued by an ICAO member state.

Possess a current, unrestricted Instrument Rating.

Minimum ICAO Level 5 language proficiency certification.

Hold a current, valid passport.

Maintain a clean criminal record.

Must have no prior record of flight accidents or incidents.
