First Officer - B737NG/MAX
Fiji Airways is seeking qualified and experienced B737NG and MAX First Officers for positions based in Nadi, Fiji. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic airline operating across the New Zealand, Pacific, and international regions, including Los Angeles, Vancouver, Hong Kong, and Australia.
These 3-year renewable contracts offer an attractive package for pilots, particularly those in the Australian and New Zealand regions, with commuting tickets provided between the crew member's contract base and Nadi for duty commencement.
Responsibilities
As a First Officer, you will be responsible for assisting the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of B737NG/MAX aircraft across Fiji Airways' extensive network.
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly Payment (Year 1): NZD10,208 for 70 hours
- Accommodation Allowance: NZD2,240 per month
- Overtime: Payable for flights exceeding 70 block hours per month at 125% of the hourly rate.
- Flight Duty Pay: NZD10 per block hour.
- Days Off: A block of 10 days off is provided each month.
- Contract Term: 3 years, renewable.
- Annual Leave: 24 days.
- Sick Leave: 12 days.

Requirements
- 1,500 hours total flight time.
- 250 hours on B737NG/MAX aircraft.
- Hold a current and valid ATPL, with unrestricted operation for the past 2 years.
- Current B737NG/MAX type rating.
- Current First Class Medical Certificate issued by an ICAO member state.
- Current Unrestricted Instrument Rating.
- ICAO Level 5 language certification.
- Valid current passport.
- No criminal record.
- No record of flight accidents or incidents.
