First Officer - A321/A330/B777/B787
EVA Air is seeking highly proficient pilots to support the growth and expansion of its operations based in Taipei, Taiwan.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid ICAO ATPL, JAA ATPL(A), or FAA ATPL
- First Class Medical Certificate
- Frozen ATPL is not acceptable
- 2,000 total flight hours
- 500 hours in commercial multi-engine, multi-crew jet aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) greater than 20 tons
- No-incident/accident certificate issued by the relevant authority and previous employer
- 5 years of employment reference from the aviation industry (or 2 years of employment reference from the aviation industry with an Educational Bachelor's degree)
- ICAO Aviation English Minimum Level Four certificate or FAA English Proficient
Contract Details:
Contract Period: 4 years
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: Starting from NTD $227,000 per month for operational flights; NTD $157,500 during training period.
- Annual Bonus: Equivalent to 1 month's salary, inclusive of Basic Salary, Duty Allowance, and Incentive Flying Allowance.
- Accommodation: Provided by EVA Air.
- Rest Days: 8 BDOs (consecutive days off) per month.
- Insurance: Medical Health Insurance, Loss of License Insurance.
- Travel Benefits: Privilege travel and concessional travel for parents and eligible dependents.
- Annual Leave: Starting from 22 calendar days per year, accruing with seniority.
- Sick Leave: Up to 30 days with pay per calendar year.
