Air Japan operates a modern fleet of B787 passenger aircraft, serving a growing network of destinations across Asia, including China, Seoul, Bangkok, Singapore, and Honolulu. These long-term contracts are open to both type-rated and non-type-rated pilots. Requirements
Prospective First Officers must meet the following minimum criteria:

3,000 hours Total Flight Experience.

500 hours Commercial Jet Experience.

100 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Cross Country.

200 hours Cross Country.
-
100 hours Night Flight.
-
75 hours Instrument Flight.

Valid ICAO ATPL or FAA ATP (Frozen ATPLs are not accepted).

Valid ICAO Jet Aircraft Type Rating (SIC/Co-Pilot Jet Ratings are not accepted; any jet type rating is required).

Valid ICAO Command Instrument Rating.

Valid ICAO Class 1 Medical Certificate.

ICAO English Level 4 or higher.

Held a Radio Operators Certificate for more than 2 years.

Military experience is acceptable.
Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Flight Time:

250+ hours PIC, OR
-
70+ hours PIC and 180+ hours Pilot-in-Command Under Supervision (PICUS), OR

500+ hours PICUS.
