This attractive role offers a three-year renewable contract, particularly appealing to pilots residing in Australia and New Zealand, as Fiji Airways provides commuting tickets between the crew member’s contract base and Nadi for the commencement of duty.
Remuneration and Benefits

- A competitive monthly payment for First Officers, set at NZD10,208 for 70 block hours per month in the first year.

Requirements
Prospective candidates for the B737NG and MAX First Officer position must meet the following stringent requirements:
- A minimum of 1,500 hours total flying time.
- A minimum of 250 hours on B737NG/MAX aircraft.
- Possession of a current and valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL), having operated without restriction for the last two years.
- A current B737NG/MAX type rating.
- A current First Class Medical Certificate issued by an ICAO member state.
- A current Unrestricted Instrument Rating.
- ICAO Level 5 language proficiency certification or higher.
- A current passport.
- A clean criminal record.
- No history of flight accidents or incidents.
