Contract and Remuneration Package (First Officer)

- Operating Base: Nadi, Fiji.
- Contract Term: 3 years, renewable.
- Commuting Provision: Commuting tickets are provided between the crew member’s contract base (Australia/NZ area) and Nadi for the commencement of duty.
- Year 1 Monthly Payment: NZD 10,208 (based on 70 block hours).
- Monthly Accommodation Allowance: NZD 2,240.
- Excess Flying Pay: Overtime is paid monthly for hours exceeding 70 block hours, calculated at 125% of the hourly rate.
- Flight Duty Pay: NZD 10 per block hour flown.
- Guaranteed Days Off: A block of 10 days off is guaranteed each month.
- Annual Leave: 24 days.
- Sick Leave: 12 days.
- Insurance: Emergency medical insurance coverage is provided by the recruitment partner.

Essential Candidate Requirements
Candidates must strictly adhere to the following professional and operational qualification criteria:
- Must possess a minimum of 1,500 hours total flight time.
- A minimum of 250 hours must be accrued on the B737NG/MAX aircraft type.
- Applicants must hold a current and valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) and must have operated without restriction for the preceding two years.
- Possession of a current B737NG/MAX type rating is mandatory.
- Must hold a current First Class Medical Certificate issued by an ICAO member state.
- Current Unrestricted Instrument Rating is required.
- Demonstrated English Language Proficiency at ICAO Level 5 certification or higher.
- Must possess a current, valid passport.
- The applicant must have no prior criminal record.
- The candidate must provide verification of no recorded flight accidents or incidents.
