First Officer – B737NG | Fiji Airways
Longreach Aviation is currently seeking qualified First Officers to join Fiji Airways for a three-year renewable contract based in Nadi, Fiji. This role offers an excellent opportunity for pilots currently operating within the Australian and New Zealand regions, supported by commuting ticket benefits.
Candidate Requirements

Minimum of 1,500 hours total flying time.

Minimum of 250 hours on B737NG/MAX aircraft.

Current and valid ATPL held for at least two years without restriction.

Current B737NG/MAX type rating.

Current First Class Medical Certificate issued by an ICAO member state.

Current Unrestricted Instrument Rating.

ICAO Level 5 language proficiency certification.

Valid passport.

Clean criminal record.

No history of flight accidents or incidents.
Compensation and Benefits
The First Officer position includes a monthly service fee of NZD 10,208 (based on 70 hours) and a monthly accommodation allowance of NZD 2,240.

Excess Flying Pay:
Hours exceeding 70 per month are compensated at 125% of the hourly rate.

Flight Duty Pay:
NZD 10 per block hour.

Leave:
24 days of annual leave and 12 days of sick leave.

Schedule:
A rostered block of 10 days off per month.
