Job Opportunity: B737NG First Officer – Fiji Airways
Longreach Aviation is currently seeking qualified First Officers to operate the B737NG for Fiji Airways, based in Nadi, Fiji. This position offers a three-year renewable contract, providing a stable professional opportunity for pilots within the Australian and New Zealand regions, supported by commuting ticket provisions.
Compensation and Benefits
The First Officer position includes the following financial and lifestyle benefits:

Monthly Service Fee: NZD 10,208 (based on 70 hours).

Monthly Accommodation Allowance: NZD 2,240.

Excess Flying Pay: 125% of the hourly rate for time exceeding 70 block hours per month.

Flight Duty Pay: NZD 10 per block hour.

Schedule: 10 days off provided per month.

Annual Leave: 24 days.

Sick Leave: 12 days.

Insurance: Emergency medical insurance provided.

Candidate Requirements
Applicants must satisfy the following criteria to be considered for this role:

Minimum of 1,500 hours total flight time.

Minimum of 250 hours on B737NG/MAX aircraft.

Possession of a current and valid ATPL, operated without restriction for the previous two years.

Current B737NG/MAX type rating.

Current First Class Medical Certificate issued by an ICAO member state.

Current Unrestricted Instrument Rating.

ICAO Level 5 English language proficiency.

Possession of a valid passport.

Clean criminal record.

No record of flight accidents or incidents.
