China Southern Air Cargo, a subsidiary of the world's fifth-largest airline by fleet size, is currently seeking experienced B777 and B787 rated Captains to operate its expanding B777F fleet. Based in Guangzhou, China, this opportunity offers a stable two-year, renewable contract for qualified professionals.
All remuneration is provided net of Chinese taxes. Benefits include a minimum of 10 days off in a block per month and 20 days of annual leave. Pilots are also provided with group medical insurance, emergency medical insurance, and a comprehensive travel benefits package.
Lifestyle and Scheduling: Minimum 10 days off per month, 20 days annual leave, and 720 guaranteed flight hours per year.
Monthly Salary: US$2,000 base salary plus US$1,060 monthly allowance.
Hourly Fees: US$221.80 (New Captain), US$245.60 (Leading Captain Lv1), US$257.50 (Leading Captain Lv2).
Annual Safety Bonus: Performance-based incentives ranging from US$800 to US$7,000 per year based on annual flight hours.
Additional Features: Includes sick leave, teaching subsidies of US$60 per hour, and staff travel tickets on the China Southern Airlines network.
