B777 Captain - China Southern Air Cargo

China Southern Air Cargo, a subsidiary of the world’s fifth-largest airline, is seeking qualified B777 and B787 rated Captains to operate its expanding B777F fleet. Based in Guangzhou, China, this position offers a two-year renewable contract with competitive, net-of-tax compensation.

Position Overview

Successful candidates will be based in Guangzhou (CAN) with a commuting roster providing 10 days off in a block per month, in addition to 20 days of annual leave. All remuneration is provided net of Chinese taxes. Pilots engaged through Longreach China receive access to group medical insurance, emergency medical coverage, and a comprehensive travel benefits package.

Compensation and Benefits

The contract includes a base monthly salary of US$2,000, a monthly allowance of US$1,060, and hourly flight fees ranging from US$221.8 to US$257.5, depending on the Captain's rank. Guaranteed block hours are 720 per year.

• Annual Safety Bonus: Ranging from US$800 to US$7,000 based on annual flight hours.

Requirements

• Hold a valid ATPL from a country with diplomatic relations with the PRC.
• Currently type-rated on B777/B787 with a minimum of 1,000 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours on type.
• Must have served as Commander on the B777/B787 within the last 6 months.
• Minimum of 3,000 hours total PIC time.
• Minimum of 6,000 total flight hours.
• Maximum age of 55 at the time of commencement.
• Hold a valid First Class Medical certificate.
• Possess a valid passport from a country with diplomatic relations with the PRC.
• English proficiency of ICAO Level 4 or higher.
• No history of aviation incidents or accidents.
• No criminal record.
