B777 Captain - China Southern Air Cargo
China Southern Air Cargo, a subsidiary of China Southern Air, is currently seeking experienced Captains to operate its expanding B777F fleet based in Guangzhou, China. This opportunity offers a competitive, net-of-tax remuneration package and a stable two-year, renewable contract.
Candidate Requirements

Currently rated on the B777 or B787.

Minimum of 1,000 PIC hours on B777/B787 aircraft.

Must have flown as Commander on the B777/B787 within the last 6 months.

Minimum 3,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC).

Minimum 6,000 total flying hours.

Maximum age of 55 at the time of commencement.

Possess a valid ATPL from a country with diplomatic relations with the PRC.

Hold a valid First Class Medical certificate.

Possess a valid passport from a country with diplomatic relations with the PRC.

No history of aviation incidents or accidents.

No criminal record.

ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
Benefits and Compensation
All financial figures provided are net of Chinese taxes. Benefits include a two-year renewable contract, commuting roster (minimum 10 days off in a block per month), and 20 days of annual leave.
Remuneration Structure:

Guaranteed Hours:
720 hours per year.

Monthly Salary:
US$2,000 (applicable to New Captain, Leading Captain Lv1, and Leading Captain Lv2).

Hourly Fees:
US$221.80 (New Captain), US$245.60 (Leading Captain Lv1), US$257.50 (Leading Captain Lv2).

Monthly Allowances:
US$1,060.

Total Monthly Package Estimate:
US$16,834–US$22,963 depending on rank and block hours (60–75 hours).

Annual Safety Bonus (up to US$7,000 based on hours flown), teaching subsidy (US$60/hour), sick leave, and staff travel tickets on the CSA network.
