E190/195 Captain - Hunnu Air

Hunnu Air, a Mongolian airline established in 2011 and based in Ulaanbaatar, is currently seeking experienced E190/195 Captains to join its flight operations team. Operating domestic and regional routes throughout China and Kazakhstan, the airline is actively modernizing its fleet with Embraer E-Jets, including the E195-E2, to support its international expansion and commitment to passenger comfort.

Position Overview

This is an immediate opening for an E190/195 Captain on a 18-month renewable contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity to fly within Mongolia, a nation renowned for its breathtaking natural beauty, rich nomadic culture, and unique historical heritage.

Candidate Requirements

  • Valid EASA, ICAO, or FAA ATP Licence.
  • Valid E170/190 type-rating.
  • E2 difference training is considered an advantage.
  • Valid Class 1 Medical certificate.
  • EPL level 4 or above.
  • Minimum of 3,000 total flying hours.
  • Preferably 1,000 PIC hours on type.
  • Date of last flight: preferably within 12 months prior to reporting.
  • Date of last SIM check: preferably within 12 months prior to reporting.

Contract Terms and Benefits

Terms:

  • Contract Length: 12 months (renewable).
  • Operating Base: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
  • Remuneration: Negotiable based on flying experience, plus overtime.
  • Roster: 12 weeks ON, 4 weeks OFF.
  • Monthly Block Hours: Up to 80.
  • Per diem provided for domestic and international flights.
