Citation X (CE-750) Pilot - Home Based
Overview:
BellAir is a growing Part 135 Charter Operator headquartered in Raleigh, N.C. The company anticipates future hiring needs for highly qualified Pilots on its Citation X (CE-750) aircraft. BellAir is seeking applications from experienced and type-rated candidates to build a pool for these potential future opportunities. This position is home-based, requiring pilots to reside within one hour of a major airport located within the domestic United States.
Responsibilities:
The Citation X Pilot is primarily responsible for the safe, legal, and efficient operation of assigned flight segments. Key duties include:
- Executing comprehensive pre-flight, cockpit, and post-flight checklists and inspections in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Ensuring meticulous flight planning, encompassing weather analysis, navigation strategy, verification of aircraft airworthiness and performance calculations, facility logistics, security protocols, and accommodation of customer requirements, all conducted in accordance with current FAA Regulations, Operational Specifications, and Company Policies.
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of passenger baggage to ensure efficient turnarounds.
- Providing exceptional, professional customer service to all passengers, upholding BellAir's service standards.
- Performing other aviation-related duties as assigned to support effective and compliant flight operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Successful candidates for potential future openings must possess the following minimum qualifications:
- A current and valid CE-750 Type Rating is mandatory. Applications submitted without proof of a current CE-750 type rating will be automatically disqualified.
- Hold a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
- Accumulated a minimum of 1500 hours total flight time.
- Accumulated a minimum of 50 hours multi-engine flight time.
- Possess a valid passport suitable for international travel.
- Must be a US Citizen or possess a resident alien card demonstrating the legal right to work in the United States.
- Demonstrate the capability to successfully complete company training programs and maintain proficiency with all job requirements and operational standards.
- Prior Part 135 operational experience is preferred but not strictly required.
- Must meet eligibility requirements for ICAO international operations.
