The Flight Crew Support Specialist is responsible for the development and management of flight crew schedules, ensuring strict adherence to all Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) and company policies. This position involves analyzing crew duty times, managing schedule disruptions, and maintaining clear communication with flight crews and other operational departments. The specialist will utilize advanced scheduling software to optimize crew assignments and monitor compliance with regulations.
Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in airline operations or a related field.

In-depth knowledge of FAR Parts 117 and 121 regulations, including Flight Duty Periods (FDPs), rest requirements, and fatigue risk management principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.

Qualifications
