About the Role

Provide superior personal service, ensuring passenger safety and comfort during flights.

Assist passengers during emergencies and administer basic first aid.

Secure the cabin in compliance with federal regulations.

Manage aircraft supplies, including food and beverages, and procure special passenger requests.

Maintain cabin cleanliness and organization, preparing the aircraft for each flight.

Operate cabin audio, video, and management systems.
Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant.

Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations.

First Aid Training Certification.

Technologically proficient.

Flexible, patient, and able to manage a changing schedule, including late-night flights and short-notice standby availability (2-3 hour response).

Unrestricted ability to travel worldwide.

Ability to deploy for up to 16 consecutive days.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

High level of attention to detail.

Culinary skills and culinary-specific training are required.
Qualifications

Flight attendant-specific training from FlightSafety, FACTs, or similar is preferred; annual recurrent training is required. Candidates without formal training may be considered with attendance at initial training prior to assignment.

Preference for candidates who have completed FlightSafety, FACTs, or similar training within the past 12 months.

College degree is preferred.

Fluency in one or more foreign languages is preferred.

Experience with small children is preferred.

Vision correctable to 20/20, with uncorrected vision no worse than 20/20.

Ability to speak clearly and communicate effectively.

Physically capable of walking and standing for extended periods (up to 14 hours), working in various climates, and maneuvering within the aircraft.

Ability to push/pull the main cabin door (up to 130 lbs), write, type, use electronic devices, and prepare/serve food.

Ability to lift supplies weighing approximately 25-30 pounds repeatedly.
