About the Role
The Lead Captain will serve as the Pilot in Command (PIC), holding ultimate responsibility for the safe, efficient, and professional execution of flight assignments. This role involves leadership, crew development, and embodying Jet Aviation's core values to elevate the customer travel experience. The Lead Captain will act as a Brand Ambassador, demonstrating discretion, adaptability, and true airmanship.
